Moonlight Seas Gulf Front Home - Steps onto the beach

This waterfront luxury beach house is called Moonlight Seas, and is located in the cozy community of Surfside Beach Texas. This custom white beach house is a fabulous new home with plenty of outdoor living spaces. Decks and windows that seem to reach to the sky decorate the exterior of this home built for families and friends

The interior of this luxury beach house is gorgeous and perfectly suited for a home on the water. Warm brown wood adds a little bit of warmth to the living and dining areas. The kitchen, right next to it, is bright white and stainless steel, providing perfect contrast to the warmth. The main suite bedroom has a pillow top queen bed and the bathroom has a beautiful white shower with a waterfall head. Custom furniture and vibrant colors help make this beach house feel so inviting and comfortable you won’t want to leave.

The house was great. The location was great. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make great meals. Also, the walk ability to restaurants, and the coffee cart and conveint store was great. We pulled under the house to park and didn’t have to drive anywhere until we left. We did rent a golf cart one day but that doesn’t really count. Also, loved the outdoor shower.Best beach vacation

Quick Getaway - Great House! Perfect Location!

Top quality rental, very affordable, and a location to die for! House was in great shapes with phenomenal views of the beach. Made some great memories in the sand, the water, and the killer porch on this house. You can walk out of the front door of this place and have your toes in the water in 2 minutes - no exaggeration. Hose was great and very friendly. Great open living/kitchen space and they even had a few toys for the kids to play with. Parking area was tall enough to park my boat w/ T-Top, but it was a bit close so be careful. Friendly neighbors as well. We look forward to going back!

Amazing house, location and friendly owner!

We rented this home for a small gathering. Every inch of this property is immaculate. Downstairs has a cemented slab which is nice to get out of the sand and clean up. Location is perfect. Plenty of parking. The house is very spacious. Decor is nautical and beautiful. Beds are so comfy!

Spring Break getaway

Everything was just as the listing stated. The location was the best part. Waking up to the ocean was breathtaking. The short walk to the beach made everything pleasant. The place was immaculately clean. I would suggest some dressers for the guest to have a place for their clothing. All in all, the place was well stocked and worth a 5 star. I would definitely rent this place again.

Lovely Surfside vacation!

We had a fantastic time at this Surfside home! The easy access to the beach and spectacular views made our time very special. Rob was an amazing host, who went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was as advertised and was well appointed with thoughtful amenities. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great property

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the downstairs outdoor shower because that is definitely needed when leaving the beach. Theres a little shop right at the end of the street that you can walk to, to get souvenirs and ice, which was awesome! On normal days the location is great, however we were there on Memorial Day weekend, and the street in front of the house is a main vehicle access road, and once the beach gets full the cops don't let any cars down the road from the main street. So you will have to fight the cops to get to the house every time you leave. I know thats not the house owners fault, and i wish there was a way to make that easier, because everything else was great! So as long as its not a holiday your good! We would definitely stay again though.

The Vacay that went right!

The house has a front row seat to beautiful sunrises! The way it sits allows for full evening shade from the hot setting sun. Allowing for extended sitting, relaxing, and viewing the beauty of the ocean as you close out your day. The lay out of the house inside is open, bright, beachy, and inviting. You don’t have any problems getting into the vacation beach vibe. Loved coming in off the beach to rinse in the ground level shower. Equipped with hot and cold water. Especially loved how close it was to the beach. (Note: the beach allows vehicles too.) Our main reason for this trip was for the guys to go out on chartered fishing trips while the ladies played on the beach and lounged. We all had an amazing time and are home now with fabulous fond memories.
