Guest Access:

Can access the whole house! It is all for your group and your group alone! Can even access the garage and use our 6 person custom gas golf cart with Bluetooth and led lights. We ask you just fill with gas before checking out. A rental like this would cost a couple hundred dollars a day if you rented it. With us it’s included!



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood near the end of the street. This property sits on more than 1/3 of an acre affording you lots of space and peace and quiet. Just a great place for your gathering.



Getting Around:

Parking is awesome with 1/3 acre property which is rare at the beach parking is a breeze. Can park a car or 2 under the house. Can park several cars (8 + easy) in the huge driveway. So up to 10 cars! Golf cart is in garage ready to go to town or on beach adventures in the sand! Drive to Seahorse bar and Grill or Beachfront bar and grill nearby for some amazing eats. Fun to roll up in the party golf cart!



Other Things to Note:

HOT TUB: We will have this cleaned after each guest but ask guests for help in keeping it nice. Rule 1 wash all Sand, lotions, and sunscreen off the best you

can before entering the hot tub. DO NOT SIT ON THE UNFOLDED HARD COVER OF THE HOT TUB! IT WILL BREAK and cost $1000 to replace each broken side!!
