That is dictated not only by the 2 beds and 2 small bunks, but by the lack of adult furniture available inside the home as well as on the deck. « Nicely situated modern home on a dead end street, right on the water. Walk to the end of the street to access the beach, super pretty and very quiet. (Watch out for loose sand when the tide is low!) We enjoyed the large windows, views of eagles and sea otters passing by. Owners should pull the photo of the hot tub as it has been moved to an unappealing corner of the yard.
