« Rented this property for a family reunion for my husbands family to stay in (5 people). Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again. »

We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. The great communication made everything a breeze, which took a lot of stress away from having to plan last minute. The house is clean and comfortable (cozy) with very thoughtful amenities. « We stayed 5 days, for a motorcycle trip, the place is very clean and very quiet, we appreciated the barrier for the entrance to protect our equipment. Grocery store is 5 min. Everything was very clean and perfect for our stay. We're still wondering if it's a disadvantage or an advantage, there's no internet provided, we used our cellular data and it wasn't enough to transmit on the TV. But we had a great stay anyway. »
