  • The Coral Door is a 1930's, newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home located just 8 blocks north of Main Street on a quiet street. The backyard is an oasis with string lights over the fire pit and hot tub (brand new as of December 2023). A beautiful place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is also a large area for washer pitching and horseshoes.

    There are king sized beds in 3 of the bedrooms and 2 twin beds located in the fourth bedroom. The sofa in the living room is a pull out sofa that can accommodate 2 more guests.

    There is a great fully stocked kitchen for entertaining and plenty of games to enjoy!

    The Coral Door is a wonderful home to host your next family reunion, girls gettogether or couples retreat. Come stay with us, and see all that our great little town has to offer and enjoy this lovely home.

    LOCATION – 8 blocks north of Main Street

    SLEEPS – Up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms; three king bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 twin beds & the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a Tempurpedic foam mattress
    BATH – 2 full baths; one en suite bath with a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub & double sinks. A second bath has a tub/shower combo
    KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig & regular coffeemaker
    BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
    AMENITIES – Flat Screen Smart TV with Apple TV, WiFi, outdoor area with a 7 person hot tub (brand new as of December 2023), string lights, outdoor games like washers & horseshoes, outdoor wood firepit, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), washer/dryer

    - Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
    - The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
    - Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
    - Place all trash in designated containers.

This was a great home and decorated so cute! It was the perfect fit for us girls on a birthday celebration weekend! Close to Main St. so we could even walk to town! The hostess communicated well and the check in and out was easy breezy! Thank you for the great stay!

The house was perfect for four couples. We cooked breakfast, we ate snacks, we played games and we completed a puzzle. We also found time to enjoy the hot tub. Perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for all of us in the kitchen, living room and outdoor area to sit and chat. The shopping was fantastic, as was the selection of wineries in the area.

Cute layout of the house in a nice quiet neighborhood……not as close to shops as we had hoped, but the drive was easy. A few 4 stars were marked as there were plumbing issues and a chair leg was broken and backyard could have been a bit nicer if debris was blown out from trees… very responsive when items reported…… would stay here again in future!

Great house for a girls weekend. Only issue was one of the toilets wasn’t working when we arrived. We communicated to the host (who dropped by) but it never got resolved. Overall, great location and loved the hot tub.

Wonderful stay

The Coral Door was a lovely home, extremely clean with comfortable beds and linens. It's on a quiet block, but very close to downtown Fredericksburg, which made our weekend plans go by without a hitch. The check-in and check-out was simple. I would definitely stay there again.

Family getaway

10/10 we enjoyed our stay it had the perfect amount of rooms/beds the space was amazing it felt like we were home the entire time it had all the accessories we needed. All though the weather conditions were hot we still enjoyed the hot tub it was so relaxing after coming back from a day at the river.
