Close to Main Street but tucked into a quiet historic neighborhood, the home is located just 7 blocks away, about a 3-minute drive or a 12–15 minute walk to Fredericksburg’s shops, restaurants, wine bars, and nightlife.



One of the highlights of the property is the large outdoor entertainment area, perfect for spending evenings under the Texas Hill Country sky after a day exploring wineries and downtown. Plus, multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas make it easy for groups to gather comfortably.
