- 2 full bathrooms (both bathtub/shower combo)

- Full kitchen with a Combo of Keurig/Regular coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster and Blender (Dishwasher is currently out of order and pending replacement)

- 5 Smart TV's: one in each bedroom, one in living room and one in the game room

- Arcade Games in the Game room!

- Pack ’n Play provided!

- Decorative fireplace (wood burning stove)

- Washer/Dryer provided + Laundry Detergent provided



Cuvée Cottage -

- 500 sq. ft cottage

- Bedroom: 1 king bed + Living room: 1 queen sleeper sofa

- 1 full bathroom with a shower combo

- Full kitchen with a Combo of Keurig/Regular coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster and Blender (no dishwasher)

- 2 Smart TV's; one in bedroom and one in living room



Outdoor Space -

- BBQ Grills (2 total; one at the main house and one at the cottage; please bring your own charcoal)

- Wood-burning Fire pits (2 total; one at the main house and one at the cottage; please bring your own firewood)

- Cornhole and a Karaoke machine provided (Main house)

- Private Hot tub and Cowboy Pool! (Note: cowboy pool is not heated. There are 2 hot tubs total; one at the main house and one at the cottage. Cowboy Pool is only at main house)

- The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65°F, as it remains winterized during colder months. It may be used at the guest's discretion only when temperatures exceed 65°F. Please note that the Cowboy Pool is removed from the listing from December through February.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests are encouraged to use caution outdoors and around natural areas, and to keep doors and windows closed when not in use to help prevent critters from entering the home. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with staying in a rural Hill Country environment.
