Terrible smell throughout and built up grime in kitchen. The basement was full of water and there is an open sewer drain. « The cottage was so very charming and it definitely felt one stepped back in time! THe location was superb. Wonderful positive surprises (did not pick up fully in the listing) included the gas powered fireplaces (there are two!) and cozy, private garden patio in back.
