This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home is an animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets.

This vacation home has one of the best locations available in the popular Rendezvous neighborhood, which is only a short 5-minute drive away from Winter Park Resort with a FREE shuttle available just down the street. The property is also a short 10 minute walk into Downtown Winter Park. The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground (please note this is offsite). The Foundry is next door to the rec center with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. This villa also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking including a trout pond and children's playground.

Perfect for Mom and Dad while the kids were at camp!

All the kids went to YMCA for the week. We stayed nearby (one daughter was at Adams Camp- IYKYK), just in case. It was close enough to feel good about being nearby but not, you know, HOME! Love the location as it's walkable/bicycle-able to lots. Fantastic week!

Wonderful Place!

Our time at this place was wonderful. It was in a great location, and its full amenities allowed us to spend our days away skiing and come back to a cozy home to cook our own dinners and enjoy several soaks in the hot tub. We even did a winter hike in the park within this development which provided spectacular mountain views. This experience provided everything we were looking for and more.

Clean, well-appointed, updated, high-end appliances, garage usage handy. Beds are firm so might take a couple days to adjust. Beautiful unit and neighborhood with east shuttle access. Overall a very nice rental!

Very cute place- new, clean, modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing hiking trails right out the front door. Close to restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again. Perfect weekend getaway!
