Nestled near Elk Creek in the Cozens Point community of Fraser, this ground-floor 2BR/2BA mountain condo is the perfect home base for your Winter Park adventure during every season. Hop on the shuttle (just outside your door) to the ski lifts or explore nearby hiking and biking trails. Main Street is also a quick drive or walk away!

Find ample space to relax in the open living area, furnished with a sofa, recliner, and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 60-inch cable smart TV, or curl up with a book by the gas fireplace. The chef in your group will appreciate the newly appointed kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The open kitchen and dining space offer a great flow for entertaining. Find seating for six at the dining table, or sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for two.

The primary suite features a king bed, a 35-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a TV. A second bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination. Take in breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain landscape from the covered deck furnished with four chairs, a bistro table, and a grill. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and Pack 'n Play are provided.

Nestled in the heart of Fraser just 5 miles north of the Winter Park ski area, you'll love being within walking distance of several dining and shopping options and 1.5 miles from the Main Street hub of Winter Park’s commercial area. Drive four minutes to the Fraser Tubing Hill. Hiking and biking trails abound in the area. Fish in the Fraser River or explore one of the many trails in the surrounding Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.

Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the area’s mild summer temperatures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We selected the property as a base of operations celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Great location to RMNP and other attractions. Condo could use a fan to help cool off during the nighttime, but very nice accommodations.

2 week stay. On third day sent a list of challenges with the unit - some that the homeowner should be aware of (like a broken garage keypad) and some that negatively impacted the stay (like a non functioning ice maker and missing remote batteries) but no response. Nice unit and pleasant stay overall.

We LOVED our stay!!!! My sister in law and I took our kids..3,5, and 6 years old. We loved the location! 5 min.from the Adventure Park!!! We went tubing and back to the house where there was an amazing bathtub with jets for the children and another shower as well. Theres a fireplace in the living room, where we all warmed up with hot chocolate. The bunk beds were also a highlight for the kids. The deck provided a beautiful view...and very safe for small children. One day we skipped tubing and walked around the neighborhood, and made a snowman. It was safe , clean, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this cozy getaway, and will definitely return next year. We traveled all the way from Louisiana , and this place definitely exceeded our expectations!!

My family stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time! Winter Park and Fraser is a great town for skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, shopping and fun restaurants. The condo was the perfect size for my family with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We loved the fireplace, the balcony and the views were amazing! The only thing I would suggest is to add more lighting in the rooms and a full length mirror would be an added bonus. Thank you for the stay!

We had a great time! The appartment is equipped with everything you would need. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Just a few min away from Winter Park. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

When we arrived it was a cloudy afternoon. A car was parked in the driveway blocking to garage. Called property manager and it took over 2 hours to get car moved. Very poor lighting hid the fact the place had not recently been cleaned. Dust accumulation, drinking glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and plates were not clean. Property manager stated by text message they would rectify that day, I replied tomorrow would be fine, however no one followed thru with rectifying the issues!

We were here for about a week and it felt like home! This is in an amazing location and close to everything. Condo was clean, roomy and had all the amenities! We stay in the area quite a bit and would recommend staying here!

This place was great! We loved the town home. The master bedroom was comfortable. The two bathrooms for our families was perfect. No complaints at all. Enjoyed the Wii A LOT! We had our two year old with us, and this was extremely kid friendly! Thank you we loved our time in Winter Park and the town home was perfect.
