  • Perfect for alpine adventures, this spacious all-suite 3BR/3.5BA Fraser townhome offers a prime location on the ski shuttle route. Your rental offers lovely mountain views, shared access to a year-round hot tub, a modern, updated kitchen, and a sunny, open living room with a cozy gas fireplace. Relax after a day of skiing and peruse a collection of records, DVDs, and games.

    Natural light pours into a contemporary open-concept living area. There's plenty of comfy seating available (including a sleeper sofa) and a 45” flat-screen TV. Enjoy the warm ambience of a cozy gas fireplace.

    Whip up hearty meals in the stylish kitchen. This upscale space has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and side-by-side refrigerator. A breakfast bar seats three, and there's room for another six at the adjacent dining table.

    This condo sleeps up to 11 guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. If needed, a queen-size air mattress is also available. Located on the top floor, a master bedroom with vintage ski posters boasts a comfy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the lower level, a second bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed, full-size trundle bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom (on the same floor as the master) comes with a queen bed, lovely mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

    Enjoy the fresh pine-scented air on your private balcony, offering a gas grill and seating for three. This condo has shared access to a year-round outdoor hot tub.

    Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a Roku, a record player and Bluetooth speaker, and a washer/dryer. There's parking for one vehicle in the private garage and one vehicle in the driveway (parked in tandem, in front of the garage). Additional parking is located nearby.

Comfortable condo, great setting

We were there for a month which makes it an interesting experience as a renter. You have to be comfortable in more of a day to day routine and this place was great for that. The location is perfect as a day to day living experience and a place to stage excursions. Loved it!

The property was great! The house was cozy, comfy, and had everything we needed. The house was nicely organized and clean upon arrival. The only issue was that upon arrival the house was terribly cold (55 degrees inside) and it took quite a while to warm up. Also, several emails stated the hot tub was out order when in fact it was not. Not a house issue by any means, but something Vacasa needs to be aware of.

Expectations Met!

Had every thing we needed to prepare family dinners every night. Rest of family stayed somewhere else, but space was great for everyone to meet here at night for dinner and family time. Didn’t see any specific trash disposal instructions- we did haul all trash to the dumpster at the end of the drive. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood. Disappointed that the hot tub was not functional. Was more than I’m used to spending, but Overall great experience. Great set up for 4 adults - most places have too many bunk beds - three Bedrooms and full baths were perfect. Stairs a bit much for my 89 year old father so he slept on the lower level. Very well laid out for skiers with gear - plenty of hooks and space for boots. Garage was a nice bonus. It would have been nice to have had one more TV so the littles could watch something separate from the adults. We are apparently dense (as it took us after two nights) to figure out how to make the shower heads work. Not a system we were familiar with 😂 Thank you for a great experience- hope we were good guests as well.

Great, modern, new condo for families

The property was really new, very clean and nicely designed. The instructions and communication from the Vacasa team was seamless. This is a great setup for one large family or possible 2 families with a couple kids.

Great long term stay!

We stayed at Winterstar E2 for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed and couches were comfortable. Wifi was strong enough for a full work day without any lagging. Kitchen was fully stocked. Showers had enough water pressure. Towels were good. Neighbors friendly. The garage was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay!

My husband, 11yo and I stayed at the property this summer and had a wonderful time. The house is just as described, very warm and inviting. We loved having the fireplace on and cooked up many meals—so nice to have all the cooking utensils etc. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. Great access to trails, gravel ride options, and the resort.

The only recommendations would be some more pillow options (one bed only had decorative pillows) and to take the hot tub off of the listing as it is very much out-of-order and seems as though it will remain that way for the foreseeable future. 6 week getaway!

Spent 6 weeks here Nov-early Dec 2020. Kids did virtual school and husband worked from house during week. After school and weekends we explored Fraser and nearby Colorado towns. The house was the perfect place for us to get away from the hustle and bustle of life back home and just enjoy Colorado. Would definitely recommend and would come back in a heart beat!

Great place. Perfect size, Great looking and very convenient location

We loved the look of the place. I was very updated but still kep a sense of place with some mountain touched. They had lots of fun elements like games, hammock swings on the patio and record player. There were just 4 of us but could have held many more comfortably. It was really well equipped. We had a our dogs with us. It was a great location to be able to get them on walks easily. I would have preferred a fan at night for a little circulation in the bedrooms./

There was way too much dog hair on bedding and blankets and not enough towels and bugs in dishes.

I also had trouble with the heat and management company had to call owners to turn up heat because it was so cold. Also too much dog hair and I am a person that doesn’t mind a little bit but I do not want to have blankets and pillows that have dog hair on it.

One of the times was while I was actively cooking and only two of us where at the townhome. These complaints continued and the messages continued for a few hours. Next night similar thing happened and only stopped when I told them that I was very upset that this had effected our stay both nights and was going to fully leave a review about it. My guess is the neighbors don’t want the unit being rented so were intentionally complaining for no reason. If we had loud music playing I would understand but honestly we were just cooking and having dinner. This should not be taken out on guests and should be dealt with through the HOA. It was a very disappointing and annoying to have to deal with those messages. We had a group of three couples and the space itself was great since each bedroom had its own bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom downstairs had no toilet paper, hand wash or hand towel. Also, there were no paper towels provided but luckily the store is just a few minutes away. Overall, I leaving this review just to warn others of our issues and experience.
