Experience the Winter Park and Fraser of your dreams by staying in this beautiful condo, decorated with modern mountain decor, to truly embrace your mountain stay!

With two bedrooms and a custom bunk room, this condo is perfect for two families or three couples. The handcrafted bunk beds include a queen on the bottom, with two twins on top. Each bunk includes its own light with USB port for charging. This cozy room includes a TV and shelf with puzzles and games.

Located in the adorable town of Fraser, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking views and only a couple minute drive to Winter Park.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo and the host Gena! Gena is amazing and so easy to communicate with. We are slightly
. picky regarding cleanliness and this condo exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and neatly organized and easy to find. We felt at home and comfortable coming back here every night after long days of hiking, rafting and horseback riding. This condo is centrally located and only a short trip to Grand Lake and RMNP. The hot tub was a favorite- we used it every night- as well as the board games. We loved that the grocery store was just down the road and easy to access. We had the best time staying here and would absolutely stay again.

We got to stay at this adorable gem over new years for a few days. It is a great location that connects to the ski shuttle. It is close to winter park- maybe a 5 minute drive and we went into town a couple of times for a fun dinner and lunch. We had 3 kids that shared the bunk area and thought it was the coolest thing ever. The adults loved that there were 2 large king rooms. Everything was in great condition, and the owners were very responsive when we had questions. The hot tub was a bonus after skiing. Thank you for the perfect start to our new year!

It was a perfect get away. There was a bit of a glitch getting into the condo, but Gena was very helpful and once we got that fixed it was great. She was a great host and always quick to respond, she even let us check in early! Perfect location, easy access to both Fraser and Winter Park. Beautiful fall colors and weather.

The pictures of the place look just like it does in real life. The hot tub is so nice and the proximity to the resort is great. Gena is a great host and very quick to respond to your message. I highly recommend booking a stay here.

This is a very well appointed condo that is centrally located within Fraser. You can walk to coffee, restaurants, bars and breweries, and a grocery store. The beds are very comfortable and so are the sheets and towels. The owner is only a phone call away for any questions or issues- not that there would be any. We completely enjoyed our time there and absolutely would book again!

This property is awesome, but the property manager is better! This is conveniently located downtown Fraser in brand new subdivision and just steps away from a great local brewery. Gena was very helpful and responsive during our stay. She even offered to ship out some items that were left behind! The hot tub was sparkling clean and already heated to 104! Whole property was very clean and tidy, beds all comfortable, great appliances. All the neighbors were also friendly. I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying in the Winter Park area. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay here with our family of 4. Loved the location for biking and just relaxing in the mountains. Highlight was biking the Flume trail straight from the condo and then we walked to beers at Vicious Cycle Brewery right after. The place is brand new and has a cool vibe to it. Our sons of course loved staying in the bunkroom. The owners have gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful which is always great as well. We’ll be back next summer!

Absolutely wonderful property and would be back in a heartbeat! This is a new unit, and very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 3 tier bunk room was a hit with our kids, and the king size beds were very comfortable (which is key!). We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this one is near the top! Gena is a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. We’ll be back!
