Conveniently situated in the heart of Fraser, Colorado, this updated 2200 sq ft half duplex offers the perfect blend of modern mountain comfort and family-friendly amenities. Featuring a fully furnished kitchen with a new induction stove, a spacious granite island, and ample counter space, it's ideal for cooking meals together and hosting gatherings. The main floor seamlessly connects to a back patio, a dining area, a cozy TV room with a leather sectional and big-screen TV, and a front living room with a leather couch and a dedicated games/puzzling table—perfect for family fun. Additional conveniences include a mudroom with storage and a washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a futon, while three other bedrooms share a second full bathroom. Sleeping arrangements cater to all ages, with queen beds, large closets, and a kid's room equipped with bunk beds and a TV—a cozy retreat for little ones.

Above and beyond!

The house was great. It has everything that we needed. Communication was top notch. After packing up and ready to leave I realized I had lost a very important piece of jewelry. Shortly after notifying the management company, I received a call stating their team had found it in the bathroom drain. I am so thankful for their willingness to go to the extent that they did.

Nice home, great location

Easy to find, 5 min from the grocery store, out of the hubbub of downtown WP and Fraser but very close. Easy drive to the ski area. All the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware which was nice. Definitely recommend and will look to stay there again.

Beautiful home and EXCELLENT communication!

We had several different arrivals but the property communication made it so very simple. The first team arrived and found the home very clean and warm - ready to receive our family. I had enough communication with the property throughout our stay, I felt like we were friends by the end of our stay. We woke up each day with the driveway plowed and after a big snow, the sidewalks shoveled. The shuttle access from the house was very convenient. Since we had so many with us, this was very helpful with some leaving at different times to hit the slopes or going to town for shopping. The garage was very spacious. We were able to put 1 large pick up and a mid sized SUV with decent space to move between the vehicles.The beds were comfortable. We all slept well and comfortably. We ate most meals at the house and the kitchen is great! The smart stove top took a bit to get used to but it was fun learning. We had two pups with us and they were welcomed with dog treats. I highly recommend this home for any family traveling and wanting a home away from home!
