We played games, watched movies, hiked, fed the fish in the pond, played pool, made s’mores over a bonfire, played with the dogs and even tried to fly a kite unsuccessfully. Then we experienced the eclipse at a local event and had a blast. This is an amazing place to do whatever your heart desires! »

« Stayed for a 4 day weekend get away at end of April. It was the off season so it was super quite and very peaceful. The town house was a great size with plenty of space, the stream running right next to the property was perfect to sit by and the hot tub was amazing. »

« This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again! »

« This property was perfect for all the different ages and all slept comforts and kitchen accommodated four cooks and grill was immaculate and kayaks were fun and dock was great for fishing and there was wood already in the large camp fire area. Hot tub was fun. Yard behind cottage was a great area for games and camp ground has a warm family atmosphere with a fun playground. « My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay. »

« The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup. »
