"The Ranch was absolutely beautiful. The home had every amenity that we could have possible needed. The host’s communication was outstanding and he was very attentive to our needs! It was very peaceful sitting on the swing and enjoying the deer. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future. ..."

"The place was super clean and very close in proximity to Franklin Sports Complex (4min), where we were playing a tournament. Be aware that calling out on your cellphone is spotty, WiFi works great though. Get groceries in College Station. Communication was prompt. Overall a great stay!"
