« After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

« Breakfast was great rooms were small and outdated ours had mix matched furniture our sink was stopped up. The ice machine didn't work the landing in front of the elevators were Absolutely nasty, i told a few workers how filthy it was. First night we arrived it was dirty i was there for 5 nights and it wasn't cleaned. By the 6th day it had pepperoni all over the floor.They claim to have a Starbucks it was there and never opened »

« Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Very good German restaurant attached to the hotel. Very noisy at night and bed was not comfortable. »

« Beautiful and modern luxury in the heart of downtown Columbus. The rooms are updated with rainfall showers, square fixtures and an amazingly comfortable bed. Walking distance to the arena and other downtown locations. The breakfast bar was very upscale (prosciutto, turkey sausage, oat milk, etc) but also down to earth (cereal, toast, juice). We weren't able to eat at the hotel restaurant but there were so many choices within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay. »

« There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . »
