Sleeping Arrangement: Main Floor Bedroom 1 has one king bed, Main Floor Bedroom 2 has one King Bed, 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 has two Queen Beds, 2nd Floor Loft has one Queen Pullout Sofa Bed, and finally the main floor living room has one Queen Pullout Sofa Bed.

The entire home and estate is available for guest use, except for three free standing cabinets that are for owner use.
