« The Room was very clean, staff was fine, no bar, breakfast was not much but enough to get me on the road early the next morning. Only real complaint was the traffic late at night on Main St. »

« Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything.. »

« The cleaners emptied my room one day before I checked out. That means they stole my toiletries, doedorant, as well as food and water from the fridge. The front desk agent could not help locate the items. »

« Check in process was not very inviting, and manager on duty seemed put out when front desk staff had a question. They hold a $300 incidental deposit at check in which seems high considering the hotel. CONS: The room was decent but had debris on the floor outside of main traffic area, and a half eaten taco under the bed skirt. Pretty gross! Furniture is showing its age. Bathroom had a broken tile and a piece of tape covering which I assumed to be a hole in the middle of the tub. PROS: Location is...

« Sticky surfaces had to be wiped clean. Room phone had some sort of sauce dripped on it. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in room was behind bed, so had to scoot it to charge phone. TV had to be plugged in, as it shared an outlet with the microwave and fridge. Poor lighting. Didn't touch the a/c, but room temp was comfortable. Requested king size bed and got room with 2 queens. Only staff member seen was friendly and helpful. Never checked to see if bfast was served. »

« The stay was very enjoyable considering the situation. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool was assessable but the jacuzzi was not. The breakfast was good. »
