Upon your arrival, you will find a Keyboy at the entrance of the apartment house.
The Keyboy is a secure key distribution system that allows you to access your apartment.

Key Collection:
To retrieve the key from the Keyboy, please follow these steps:

Enter the access code you received from us via email or SMS.
The Keyboy will open, and you can take the key.
Keep the access code secure and do not share it with others.
Access to the Apartment:
With the key, you can now enter the apartment house and find your apartment.
A detailed route description to your apartment will be available in the entrance area or sent to you in advance via email.

If you encounter any problems upon arrival or forget the access code, you can reach our 24-hour customer service at the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
