This property was one of the nicest places we have stayed in the area. It was perfect for our family of four. The host has included many thoughtful touches to make guests feel at home. We will gladly be back in the future.

Our stay in The Carriage House was wonderful. Sandy was very responsive, taking care of everything we needed almost immediately. The location was fantastic. We could walk to Lake Michigan beach, shops, and many great restaurants. We also enjoyed the air conditioning on hot days. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

Excellent property for a visit to Frankfort! Main Street is very close and easy to walk to and the beach is a 3 minute drive. Location is very quiet and steps away from the beautiful historic homes of Frankfort. The property was super clean and felt new. Hosts are also excellent. Great experience!

Everything was as advertised. The area is very quiet and only 5 blocks to the beach. The air conditioners were super quiet. Each room has it's own with it's own control.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and Sandy was kind and easy to work with for check-in and check-out. The location is within walking distance of fun activities and the beach, which was great for our young family!

Great Location

We loved staying at this property and the location to all of the wonderful amenities Frankfort has to offer. Just a short morning walk to the bakery for donuts or down to the boats to fish. We stayed with our three little kids and they especially loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Frankfort. The location was excellent. You could walk right into downtown and even the beach if you wanted to.
