Nos gîtes et cottages à Frankfort

« The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly »

« We got in very late, but it was easy to find and we were able to park right in front. The night clerk was helpful and friendly. Checkout in the morning was quick and the new clerk was a sweetheart. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The only problem was that we got in late and wanted to sleep in, but in the morning the room cleaners were making noise; letting doors slam shut, talking too loud and banging around with their carts. This kept us from getting the sleep we needed. It...

« There was no hot water. I Let the shower run for 20 minutes and it was still cold. I Let the front desk know and they let me know they have heard that from other guests. I don’t expect much when staying at a place like this. Price is very reasonable, but I expect at least a clean bed and a hot shower. »
