« No front desk, all transactions were done remotely! If there was any issue, it would have to be done over the phone! Thankfully everything was fine, but I not a fan of getting instructions on my phone to check in! What if my phone wasn’t working or not charged since I was on the road! It was a wonderful room, but should be informed that there is no one at the hotel! »

« This property has very large rooms with seperate living areas and kitchenettes. I had a view of the riverboat, which was lovely. It was very clean as well. Bed was comfortable. FYI, you do need to contact the property for check-in information due to an issue with Expedia. Staff answered the phone right away and were very helpful! It is in a very walkable and safe area. Note, the train also runs right past the property, so you may have a horn blowing and the rumbling of freight trains going by....

« We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level.
