Located 2 miles from downtown Bethany Beach, this home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den and spacious loft. Enjoy the open floor plan for gathering and an open outside front porch to enjoy the sunsets. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and large primary bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity and a large walk in closet. Want or need to work remotely? The den offers a motorized stand up desk with dual monitors, a universal base station that works with all laptops (some drivers may need to be installed) and sofa bed. Enjoy gathering in the bright open dining, living area and well stocked kitchen with sliding glass door access to the back yard that is large enough to play yard games. The first floor also has a powder room. Upstairs you will find a large loft equipped with an 85 inch TV and a game table that converts from Ping-Pong to air hockey to a regular table top for card games and puzzles. Guest may take advantage of many community amenities, including outdoor pool, billiards, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, miles of walking paths, pickle ball, bocce ball, and basketball when pickleball is not in use. The 2026 fee for renter wristbands is $45 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.
