« This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. « Never stayed here before - and only stayed one night. Booked one of the "comfort-rooms". The room was newly renovated - and very clean! Lovely people at the reception and in the breakfast area. The breakfast doesn't have too much options, but definitely covered my needs. They also offered to make scrambled eggs. Great service, quite area, nice clean rooms. Can recommend! »
