« This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all.
