« Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash. »

« Séjour très agréable et très calme dans une chambre spacieuse avec vu le lac derriere l hotel. Literie parfaite, wifi sans problèmes et salle de bain bien équipée (avec peignoir). Dommage que la bouteille d eau a l arrivée dans la chambre ne soit pas fraîche mais bien payante ... »

« Accueil nul, une seule personne Hôtel sale, pas de ménage, sol collant et sale à l’arrivée, clé inopérante la moitié du temps, personnel désagréable se sentant pas concerné, tout ceci pour un prix exorbitant Bien qu’il s’agissait d’une période de forte activité dans la région l’hôtel n’était pas complet... »

« Our family members were staying doors down from us and did not have air and the room was not exactly clean when they arrived and were assigned to that room. It was very hot in their room and the staff member. All they said was that they could bring him a fan so the kids did come to our room not real happy about that. The least they could’ve done is given him a different room or gave him money back on their stay otherwise our room was fine. »

« Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund. »
