« We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel. « This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week.
