This property has been very well thought out as a small barn conversion.
This property has been very well thought out as a small barn conversion. It has everything needed for a couple. Don’t underplay the fact it has PARKING (practically non existent in Fowey) & very gentle 15 min walk ( via public footpath through the trees) to the beautiful Readymoney Cove… itself an easy walk into the centre. My only recommendation for the owners would be to replace the outside furniture with something without cushions which suffer when it rains.
