« Be aware of unexpected delays with deposit refunds. The hotel placed a hold on my card and told me it would be released after my stay. More than two weeks later, the money is still missing from my account. I have called several times and have been unable to get anyone to answer or help. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better communication and professionalism. »

« Well they tried & it does have potential. Dairy Queen was close as well as a good restaurant avross the parking lot. A nice park with a walking path nearby 4 day stay: No housekeeping No hot water, just lukewarm, so we were only able to use the jacuzzi tub 2 times & not for very long Our room had an automatic airfreshener that was too strong & very perfume that made us nauseous No coffee/breakfast when advertised Didn't feel.safe enough leave our belongings so we had to keep packing &...
