« We arrived and the house was a mess with beds stripped and used towels laying around (it is important to note we had not been informed that bringing our own bedding might be necessary, and thus were unable to stay the night). It had clearly not been cleaned since the previous renter despite the fact that we checked in an hour after 4. Moreover, the house did not smell good and the bathmat was visibly very dirty.

« I was not expecting the mandatory choice of 59 for insurance or 1,500 for a cleaning deposit. Compared to other properties, this seems excessive. Other than that, the property was fantastic, the location was perfect and the views were amazing. Great experience overall. »
