« We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious! »

« Checkin not possible before 16:00, even knowing it, if you come earlier you have to wait. This could be easier with a real front desk, no? Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room. Modern place, modern design (nice by the way), but cold, missing humanity. »

« Everything was pretty nice. Parking was close but it would have been nice to have a drive thru at front to drop off luggage then park your car. We were on the 4th floor and someone on the floor was smoking some heavy Marijuana! It smelled disgusting. The whole floor smelled and when I got in the elevator it was soo strong my 10 year old had to cover her nose. They need to enforce the no smoking in the hotel. Also the first night we had a very loud quest making so much noise at 11pm pretty sure...

« The hotel itself is basically brand new so it is nice. The only issue/complaint I had was that I had booked the hotel specifically because I was traveling for over a week and saw that they had stoves and full size fridges in the rooms. Only to arrive and realize they did not provide any kitchen items. I had to ask the front desk if I could use a sauce pan. Which she provided without issue but it was frustrating to find out there was no silverware, plates, or anything to use with the stove. Since...

« Clean nice rooms , great self parking. Only issue was lighting in hallways very dim although there were cameras in every hallway direction I personally as a woman didn’t feel comfortable walking down the hallway by myself unless I was with my boyfriend. But still overall the hotel was nice and we definitely enjoyed our stay. »
