Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. Enjoy the spacious backyard, which includes outdoor seating, a grill, a kids' playpen, and open lawn areas.
Note:
There is one locked closet in the hallway for cleaning supplies, which is off-limits to guests.
The shed converted into a kids' playroom is available for use. Please note that the AC unit in the playroom will not be turned on at arrival; guests will need to turn it on if use is desired.
Guests will have secure access to the property via smart locks with unique code access provided prior to check-in. Enjoy your stay and make use of all the wonderful amenities this home has to offer!
We will be available to assist with anything you need and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy. Access to the unit, check-in & out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience! We are a property management group local in Mansfield with over a decade of property management experience. We will not be in the neighborhood but will be readily available by phone should anything arise. We will supply you with all the contact information you need to get ahold of us, and we have multiple people on staff so you can be served as quickly as possible.
POTENTIAL NOISE DURING DAY throughout Lakeside & Surrounding Areas: It is common during the weekdays and daytime hours that the nearby military base is doing fighter jet trainings above the lake, and will be noticeably loud noise when they go directly overhead. - You are free to use the cookware and appliances as they are meant to be used at your discretion.
- No smoking inside the house.
- HOT TUB COVER is only to be removed when in use, and must be covered at all other times when not in use. This will keep it clean, and maintain the water balance. Exposure to sunlight heavily degrades the chemicals used for balance and cover must be left on when not in active use. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
- Only dogs allowed. Max of two dogs per reservation. The property has no fenced-in area, so dogs must be taken out on a leash. Please clean up all waste left by your pets.
- Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay, and if you have any complaints or concerns from neighbors during your stay feel free to provide our contact info and let us deal with any issues so you can enjoy your stay and leisure!
- If the house is too cold, or too warm, for your liking use thermostat in main hallway to adjust to the desired temperature.

• Demand to Vacate: You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if we discover a violation of event/party policy, and in this event, no refund will be provided.
[Payment Processing] Refunds requested by the traveler, and cancellations initiated by the traveler, may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee (~3%) depending on the booking platform used for payment that has been collected directly by us. Payments made to channels are will be based on that entity's policies.
[Early/Late Check-In/Out] Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. Almost Lakeside
The property definitely looks nice from the pictures. When you first arrive it looks like the photos were taken a while ago, there is a noticeable difference. The property has some nice features, and has the potential to be great, but currently it’s far from. The beds are pretty bad, linens are worse, hot tub was gross and was unable for us to use. The house has a bad smell, something was definitely in the air as every morning we woke up none of us could breathe.
I’m not sure why they charge a cleaning fee as the house wasn’t clean. The cobwebs in the property were ridiculous. I don’t see how someone could sleep on the bunk beds as the entire frame was about to fall apart. If you need a place to lay your head it works great beyond that’s about it.
