Have an amazing time at this unique and fun getaway. No noise ordinance on this end of the Lake! It's in a country area. Drive through a mobile community to reach the house. If this is a problem for you then maybe a house that's 50-100% more expensive outside the country area is for you. Waterfront property on Eagle Mountain Lake! Beach access with bbq, and lots of fun.
The space
Bedroom 1 for more privacy and comfort. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and tv. Bedrooms 2 has 2 full size beds, a couch, and a tv. Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds and a tv. Open yard area with plenty of space for games and bbq. Waterfront with a beach area to swim around. We have an outside storage bin that’s loaded with tubes. Lots of board games stored inside the house. Dart board and pool table in the living room with a party setting light. 75” TV in the living room with Roku, Hulu, Spectrum, Nexflix, HBO, ESPN, Peacock, and more. Large walk in shower. Kitchen has all the basics for cooking. We provide a couple rolls of napkins and toilet paper for the bathrooms. Everything else in the house is set up to easily accommodate a group of 6. Please list guest amount correctly as we do charge for each guest after 6. We do allow more on the property but charge for each guest after the 6th. Expect outdoor furniture and items to have insects buzzing around as this is the lake and does attract wildlife. cleaning fee priced in is $175. This covers cleaning inside and having it ready. We don't do a full detail outside the house. There's a lot of outdoor lights that attract bugs and insects. Place all trash in bags then in designated trash bin. Filling up the bins with loose trash will result in extra cleaning fee. Nobody wants to dig through loose trash to bag it up to haul to dump location. Home is outside city limits so city trash service doesn't run here. If you're having a lot of guest or an excessive amount of trash then bring extra bags. We provide a fresh unused bag and 1 extra for each can inside the home.
Guest access
Can access all parts of the house. Waterfront beach access area for the guest as well. No access to neighboring properties or their boat docks.
Other things to note Great Lakeside bar and grill .5 mile from the property. Located in a beautiful cove area. Jam out to your music without worry. Pool table inside. Parking for 2 vehicles under carport and 1 blocking them in. Lifted or tall trucks will have trouble fitting under the carport. No space for boat trailer parking on the property, but may be able to park at the marina or dead end of road. We offer a larger property next door for rent as well that offers more parking space.
