The Space:

Y'all won't believe the charm of this home in Fort Worth, Texas! It's got three big bedrooms and two full baths, all decked out with character and every dang comfort you'd expect in a top-notch residence. And let me tell ya, the location is as sweet as a Texas pecan pie – just a 5-minute drive to TCU, 10 minutes to Downtown Fort Worth, and 12 minutes to the iconic Stockyards.



Now, listen up 'cause this home's got some real Texas-sized fun to offer! You'll find a game room that'll make ya holler "yeehaw!" It's got a 7-foot pool table, an upright Ms. Pacman/Galaxian video game (no quarters needed, folks!), electronic darts, and a huge LCD smart TV for catchin' your favorite game.

We recently wrapped up a 3 night stay at this cute home during the winter storm of January 2026. We stayed warm and cozy, even after snow fell and the temps were significantly below freezing.

Amenities were acceptable and a little below average for the vacation rentals we have stayed at in the last 8 years. Beds were great. Bathrooms were good kitchen was just adequately stocked. Not enough spices, not enough salt, not enough oil, Keurig coffee is unhealthy because of the microplastics in each pod is terrible for long term health. There was no aluminum foils for cooking, and most pans are Teflon, also unhealthy. There was no propane available, the fan on the range is very weak. The driveway is unsafe and is deteriorating so that in the near futures you can expect a potential lawsuit when someone trips on the broken concrete driveway. Overall, the price is high for the cost of the stay and then quality of this VrBo!

We had a great stay. This was really just a landing place for us so we didn’t use much that was provided, but we got plenty of communication from our host. The layout for our group of women was great. The weather was really cold, we were there just after the ice storm and the house stayed comfortable all weekend. I would stay there again if the need arises in the future!

Clean, fun property

We enjoyed our stay! It smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The code for the check in process was easy. We also appreciated the fenced in yard since we were traveling with younger kids. The location was nice to be somewhat central. The neighborhood wasn’t the newest but we never had any safety concerns.

Fantastic and fun

Myself, my boyfriend, and our friends arrived and didn’t stop having a blast until the moment we left! The pool table, large living room and kitchen kept us all engaged with each other for the duration of the trip. I couldn’t have imagined a more well stocked place, there were things I never knew I needed in every place you looked. I will be staying here again if I need a place in the area to stay, 100/10, would recommend especially for families!

The house was roomy and very comfortable. The neighborhood seems a little older but it was a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house Had everything we needed and the check in process was super easy. Even after the trip was complete the owner was super helpful with getting me an object we had left behind! We will stay again.

Excellent set up for 3 adults who were in town for a 5 day business trip. Neighbor was helpful with the full trash can and the house was very well put together and spotless! If we come back we will be sure to look up this residence!

We went for a TCU game and this was a close place to stay. The house is really nice and have everything we needed. The location is good, the street had a little more of a "college" feel but it was perfectly fine. The owners were really easy to work with.

We came to Ft. Worth because of a bowling tournament. Small, but rooms were spacious with sufficient closet space. TVs in b/rms plus living & recreation areas. Adequately stock with basics if you want to cook. No dishwasher, prepare to wash dishes or get paper plates. The yard was large with a deck & a grill. Parking for 2 cars in driveway. The owner was very receptive for later checkout as requested. Overall an enjoyable, comfortable home for our group.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay 100 %. This home had everything we needed for our mini trip away. Mario was great at responding and even adjusted our check in hours to accommodate our family. This home is beautiful and spacious and so close to everything. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Fun, Convenient, and Well Thought Out

My family needed a comfortable landing pad while our son competed in an event at TCU for the weekend. This listing was great for that! The location was super convenient both to TCU and to local eateries. Charlie's Old Fashioned Burgers and Manana Donuts were both only 3 minutes from the house! The exterior of the house was super cute and the neighbor, very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet. The house has a neat floorplan and is decorated well - very inviting. We had weird weather while we were in town but both the heat and the AC worked really quickly and the home was comfortable for our entire stay. They were so smart to convert the tiny garage into a game room. The entire family had fun playing on the arcade game. The house was really well appointed: FIVE TVs, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, ample blankets, huge floor to ceiling mirror in the master (I find a lot of owners forget this detail), plush rugs in the bathrooms and throughout the bedrooms, and everything you needed in the kitchen for a weekend stay. The owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with. The gameroom and the attention to detail, as well as the convenient location made for a lovely stay.
