Quail Ridge Estates is a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood that is very family friendly and is perfect for peaceful neighborhood walks. There is a picturesque park (Quail Ridge Park) that is very safe and clean with a playground for kids only two blocks walk from the house.

Also, if you're looking for outdoor recreation, there is an excellent bike/walk trail only 5 mins drive away (Oakmont Park), which also has a playground & beautiful waterfall along the trail. And one of the best public golf courses in Fort Worth, Pecan Valley, is also only 5 minutes away.

For shopping, you can take the Chisolm Trail Parkway (which makes this house extremely convenient to get anywhere you want to go in Fort Worth quickly and easily) to the Shops at Clearfork, where there are plenty of local shops and amazing restaurants.
