« We stayed there for the Sat/Sun Tincaps games. After checking in, we went to put our things our room (213) and then went to the roof top bar before going to the game. When we came back to our room that evening, we noticed that the blinds didn’t go up or down. There was no shampoo in the shower and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last person who stayed because there was long black hair in it. « I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). « The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service. »
