The space
If you like to cook or bake, this kitchen has what you need! In addition there are plenty of dishes/glasses to serve with, including some just for kids.

All bedrooms have a queen bed and bedside usb charging. A pack 'n play and toddler bed mattress are also available to use for little ones. The living room has 2 pull out sofas, adding two twin beds to availability.

The first floor bathroom is a low tub/shower combo. Great for baths for children. The second floor bath has a walk in shower.

The living room has a large screen television with streaming available as well as antenna for local channels. Two of the 3 bedrooms also have TVs.

The fenced back yard provides a great place for kids and pups to play. The screened back porch our outdoor patio table provide a space for adults to relax.

The finished basement provides additional space for kids to play. Washer and dryer are also available in basment.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole house and property. The only thing not acccessible right now is the garage.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome, but a limit of 2. No other pets, especially cats.
No parties at this property.
No smoking in this property, including back porch.
