This property has street parking available out front or off street parking by the garage. You'll have access to the downstairs game room and the beautiful front porch looking at the city!

From this property you can see Parkview Field and have walking access to all of downtown Fort Wayne! It is just minutes from Headwaters Park, The Grand Wayne Center, The Landing, Fort Wayne Outfitters (kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals) and the newest addition to the area, Promenade Park that has food trucks galore and live music every Wednesday. Downtown Barr Street has a farmers market every Saturday during the warmer months too.

There are lots of bus stops near the property if you would like to take Citilink Transit. Otherwise, VeoRide is new to the area and there's tons of electric scooters and bikes you can locate nearby to scoot on around downtown or wherever you'd like to adventure to!
