Beautiful New House in great Northern neighborhood- close to all!

This home is like new. You’ll love the open floor plan into the dining and living room areas. The primary on suite has gorgeous large shower. The two other bedrooms share a full bath. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The office is great if you need a quiet space to work. A large backyard with a privacy fence allows you to spend time relaxing outside. In the great room there is a 65 inch TV with voice command and local capable as well as apps. For your security, there are cameras on the exterior of the home as well as an electronic lock which is programmed for the duration of your stay and unique to you. No garage access.

Beautiful!

Beautiful, spacious house tucked away in a beautiful, well maintained neighborhood. The lay-out of the house had a great common area in the kitchen and family room for gathering, while providing quiet, private space in the bedrooms. Would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful weekend stay

The house was as advertised. New, clean and in a perfect little subdivision off the main roads. Check in and out was simple. Everything we needed was in the home. Booked on Tuesday for the upcoming weekend and it was a seamless process. Will definitely book again next time in town visiting family.

This is our second stay at this home and it remains one of the cleanest, most spacious and accessible VRBO's we've visited. A minor, unforeseen mechanical issue arose at entry time and the Host quickly resolved the matter without complication; a much appreciated solution made with ease!

It was a wonderful stay for a quiet stay for a work trip. Location was nice you will have a little drive with traffic to food locations. The route back to the house is a little tedious for a week long stay however once you are there the house is worth the wait.

Amazing house

We had a group of 5 adults staying for a competition at the Allen County war coliseum. It was about a 20 min drive to the venue. The house was extremely clean - spotless. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very nice family neighborhood. We had absolutely no issues or complaints. An outside grill would have been an added bonus as we cooked all meals at the house. Very nice kitchen!! Communication with the owner was excellent. 100% would stay here again and our group is quite particular about the houses we rent! Thank you for the great Vrbo option.

Graduation Week

Overall this property was as advertised and well accommodated. The living quarters were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the back yard had some privacy and the patio furniture was very comfortable. One maintenance issue of note is to check the water pressure in the master en suite. There was little to no pressure during our stay. Three recommendations I would have: 1 Provide a coffee pot. While the single serve Keurig was find for this stay, if larger groups will be staying this could be difficult. 2. Purchase a toaster. We found the toaster oven, but it is bulky and can be difficult to use. A toaster would provide ease of use and is universal. 3. Consider having a Netflix account for the house. We were not comfortable entering personal account information and Netflix is changing their policy. Overall I would recommend this property and if need to stay in Ft Wayne again check for availability. Thank you.

Great for family gathering

This was a great home way from home & communications from the owner were clear and responses timely. Our biggest obstacle was older family members who are digitally challenged had a hard time navigating so far into the neighborhood, as they don't use GPS. Happy to have all the necessary items in the kitchen & the fireplace insert in the master is a cozy bit of luxury. Hosting a family gathering went well with plenty of space for food and satellite conversations. Absolutely would recommend & stay there on future visits.

Everything was fine until the exit… I paid for insurance for the location to ensure me not being responsible for any damage that may accidentally occur. I was there for a funeral and family came and we had dinner… a child may have left a food stain on the carpet but I thought that was what the insurance was for and the assumption that someone smoked in the home is baseless and untrue from my knowledge because I clearly stated that there is no smoking in the house and made them go out back… but I’m at the mercy of the owner because I received an email shortly after stating that I’m being charged $500 for a stain on the carpet after I purchased insurance for my protection…. This is a joke … but it’s not very funny…
