Important Property Notes



Rear patio access is currently restricted due to repairs on the upstairs balcony. Construction is expected to continue through mid-July 2026, and some daytime noise may occur. End date is subject to change and out of our control. WE MAY HAVE TO CANCEL IF THEY DON"T OPEN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING!! Parking in front of the condo is also blocked off. You will need to park in any visitor spot you can find.



Sliding door access is limited during this time.

Boats, RVs, and trailers are not permitted

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests



At least one guest must be 25 years of age



No parties, events, or smoking inside the condo



Please smoke outdoors only with doors and windows closed



Small pets permitted with prior approval and pet fee



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions before your stay so you can drive straight to the property and settle in without delay.



What’s Provided

Freshly laundered linens and towels, starter supplies such as dish soap, paper products, trash bags, and laundry essentials, plus a welcome amenity kit with bathroom items are included for your convenience.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.



CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.
