We stayed a week and it was a great space for all of us. We had 7 people total. The rooms were clean, the condo spacious, the kitchen was great! The view of the ocean is everything you’d want. The beach was very close. Maybe a 2 minute walk. Truly a beautiful space to enjoy. Sadly, we had several issues that made us rate this stay lower. A lady let herself into our condo without knocking. She had the code and asked if we were leaving. We told her no. We discovered after calling the managing agency, that she was a cleaning person who arrived at the wrong room. On our second day, the elevator was broken for 8 hours. Going up 5 flights of stairs was not so vacation-like. This unit is advertised as non-smoking and further lists that the entire facility is non-smoking. However, each morning, someone was smoking on the balcony beside or below us. We have a child with severe asthma and this meant we all had to simply stay inside. We did notify the management company, to which they responded they would tell the HOA and there was nothing they could do. On our last day, we had until 10am to check out. However, at 9:20am housekeeping knocked on the door, saying they were there to clean the room and we should check out. We let them know that we’d be out by 10am. Which we were (9:54am). We really wanted to love the experience. The overall location and space were great. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this particular condo due to the safety issues and smoking.
