Wake up to the sound of the waves at Summer Place #208, a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo on Okaloosa Island. This second-floor retreat offers a perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm, with panoramic Gulf views from your private balcony.

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers a twin/full bunk, ideal for families or groups. The condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, plus a spacious dining area and living room with plenty of seating for everyone. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Step out onto your private beachfront balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast’s sugar-white sands and brilliant sunsets.

Guests of Summer Place #208 enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service (March–October) with two chairs and an umbrella, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.

Yes. We loved the unit, but the showers were in tubs, and they were difficult to get in and out of. They need to have grab bars in both. I fell in the master shower. Not a good thing.

We stayed at this condo for a week & it was perfect! The host was very attentive & accommodating. The pool area was very clean, it would be better if they provided umbrellas & added some plants. I will definitely go back!

Review of Summer Place

It was seamless! Check in to check out, we loved it. The facility was well maintained, clean, and up to date. Beach service of loungers and umbrellas was impeccable. Our guy was amazing! What a hard worker. We made sure to thank/tip for our appreciation. Our party of 7 was super happy with the unit and location to the beach. We’ve never seen cleaner water or beaches other than in the Caribbean. One downside was we didn’t have access to what should have been the large heated pool. No response as to when it was going to be accessible.

Wonderful ocean front views

Had a great time in this clean and comfy condo! Right on beach and pools are fabulous and well kept. The balcony furniture was so comfortable, any thing you would need in kitchen is available for cooking. Will definitely stay again! Only thing I can think of negative is the floors were slick in condo. Maybe they had been waxed. But we had to walk carefully. Great place though!

Overall the condo was great

We had a good time overall but the people in this town weren't friendly and definitely not friendly to kids My kids loved the pool and the hot tub but couldn't enjoy it for all the Adults drinking in them

The place was great and clean and location but there were some things that could be done First it’s advertised a sofa bed and there is NOT ONE Shower heads need to be replaced asap like there were whelps left on my 4yr old from hard water build up and too much pressure out of the holes and there are no pans to use for the oven no cookie sheet or pizza pan to cook the chicken nuggets and froze pizza

Perfect beachside location

Walkable to several restaurants, shopping at the boardwalk and pier, this beachside condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, well kept and the manager was great. We had an issue with a washing machine and both times they came to fix it quickly and even offered to send out our laundry until they could get it fixed long term. The pool was clean and everything was just wonderful. Loved having access to an umbrella and chairs on the beach too! Best experience we have had in a long time. Great to split with another small family/friend group!

Perfect peaceful getaway!

The location couldn’t get any better. The view was amazing, the beach was a short walk away. If I could change anything it would be that there would be a second hot tub. The kids loved it and I enjoyed using the Keurig and drinking my morning coffee overlooking the beach.

Wonderful place to stay

Enjoyed staying at this property! Spacious and clean condo with a short drive to Destin!! Love that we had access to two beach chairs with umbrella! Wish I owned this condo!! Lol

Great location and view!

I have stayed at a neighboring condo on Okaloosa Island in the past, but will always come back to Summer Place! Communication with Jack and Denise could not have been better. Very helpful. Love the 2nd floor view; can see the ocean and still chat with your kids in the pool. Appreciate the small building and not having to use a parking garage. My daughter has already requested to stay at this unit again when we return in two years!

Fantastic unit

This was our first stay at Summer Place and we loved the unit and location as a whole. The beach toys and chairs were a huge plus. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony, and the second floor unit was perfect fir enjoying the sunrise and sunset. We’d love to stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Denise’s condo. The place was super clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The short walk to the beach was amazing and the included beach service was great!! The extra beach chairs was a bonus along with the boogie boards that my 3 teenagers loved using. We really enjoyed the large balcony and ate every meal outside because the view of the beach was spectacular!! There are several restaurants within walking distance from the condo and the grocery store was a quick 5 minute drive. Denise was a lovely host and great with communication. She responded vety quickly to my last minute booking which I greatly appreciated! Thank you Denise for sharing your condo! My kids had the best time and it was exactly what we needed this summer!!!!
