Clean

The property was clean. We stayed there two years ago and it has shown its age since then. There was sand in the water lines that kept clogging up the sink strainers. Overall good experience.

Great condo!

Pros: Great condo, clean and well-stocked. Location is good regarding proximity to beach, walkable to restaurants. We love Stewby’s and Hightide!! Pool area was nice and the beach cannot be beat. I like the set up of the condo complex and love that we could park so close to our front patio. The kitchen is great in this unit! I will miss that gorgeous countertop! Unit was overall great, area was pretty quiet for being in 1st floor too! Cons: We had a kind of weird odor in the primary bathroom shower and the sink tap dripped. The management team was very responsive and kind to help us rectify these issues! I wish the patios would have had some outdoor seating, we packed extra outdoor chairs so it was okay in the end. The mgmt company said the patio furniture was in order. Closest intersection is not pedestrian-friendly, hoping city will make necessary improvements for safety. Mattresses could be replaced/improved, in the unit too. Our backs ached a couple of days in until we became used to the mattresses.

10-2-23 stay

This condo was great. We had everything we needed for our stay including plenty of towels. We had dinner at a couple of the restaurants across the street so we didn't even have to fight traffic. The condo came with 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella which was great since we flew and didn't have our own. Overall, this is a really nice condo in a safe area with a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property

Generally speaking our stay was great. We did have issues with the keypad which delayed us not only getting into the unit, but then getting back out of it to go anywhere. These were finally resolved after about an hour and a half. We had brown water standing in the dishwasher one day; this issue was handled very efficiently. The shower door was broken in the master bathroom, but a shower curtain was up to prevent water from getting on the floor, which was fine. The toilet seat in the hall bath was broken and the sinks seemed to drain a little slowly but overall the condo was very nice and we would certainly stay there again!

Great location and beautiful water.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Plenty of space and we didn't mind that it didn't have a beach view. The maintenance team was friendly and had toys that were left and allowed us to borrow some for the Beach. The floors needed attention and the team sent over a team to reclean them so that was nice. Overall things were kept up and neat. We paid for an early checkin which is really nice but the code to our door didn't work. After speaking w the management we managed to still get checked in early. The best part I think, other than then gorgeous beach is that they provided a free hour of paddleboard or kayaking each day that were there. My son and niece loved this as did I. You may have to settle for the second row of chairs as most are reserved for the owners if they are there but if you bring your own chairs, you can sit on the shoreline. Please don't be ridiculous like some people and set a tent upon the front row and take up more space than necessary. We appreciate the owners letting us rent their unit as it was walking distance to a few restaurants and it was perfect for our needs.

Great spot!

This condo has a lot of space for everyone to spread out! Two patios! Right by the tennis/pickleball courts. The condo was clean and as advertised. Do note that the bedrooms have a lot of light coming in and don’t forget to bring your own salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, etc! Would definitely stay again!

Loved being right by the beach! We were worried it might be noisy at night since we were on the first floor, but we slept great! Lots of good food options close by. Enjoyed our trip!
