You will be taken aback when you step into this beautifully decorated corner unit with a view for ALL to enjoy. With it's very spacious balcony and private access from the master room you are sure to spend most of your down time taking it all in. Don't forget to watch for the dolphins in the early morning or late evening as well as the lovely sunset/sunrises. This unit really has a lovely coastal feel to it.

This unit features a king bed and a walk in shower in the master room. The second bedroom also has a King bed as well as a beautiful combination tub/shower in the second bathroom. Wood flooring throughout and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and beautiful granite countertops with stool seats to enjoy family cooking. Emerald Coast get-a-way

We spent four nights at ETW 4000 and everything was as advertised. The communication and follow up from Brooks and Shorey was excellent. It was nice to have a corner unit providing us with additional coastal views. The unit had everything needed to make our own meals. The beach service included with our stay was a great perk and we also took advantage of a free ticket on the Cattywampus boat tour. Fort Walton Beach was certainly quieter than Destin and Miramar Beach, which we appreciated, but both were a short drive away and great areas to explore. We would recommend this unit to anyone.

Each bedroom had a king bed which is a plus. It's a very well equipped unit. Books and games are available. Food great at Stewby's, terrible at AJ's. B&SR provided great customer service. Would stay there again. Consider though - only counter seating for eating, not even a small table.

The condo unit was very clean and well decorated.We liked the area where the condo was located because the traffic is not heavy and it has good side walks for your morning walks.The condo is located right on some of the most beautiful beaches in gulf. There many restaurants near by and Destin is just a short distance away and it has many great restaurants. Our favorite restaurant in Destin is BoShamps.The amenities that come with the property are great and they are free.I liked the free beach chairs and that I could play golf free every day at local courses.The management was easy to work with and take care of anything you needed.I am looking forward to spending next October there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very comfortable in this property. Being a corner unit, there was a lot of natural light and wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable. It seemed like a sort of memory foam mattress. CONS: Due to our flight arriving late, we had to find the property in the dark. This proved to be a problem since the exterior sign was not lit. There is a porch light just outside the front bedroom that can not be turned off. That might bother some folks. Finally, please clean the track for the sliding door and add some silicone spray or WD40 so it doesn't stick.
