You will enjoy sugar-sand beaches and warm emerald ocean water off the Gulf in a quiet, non-crowded beach location. This condo is in a very private, quiet location. It is a ground-level, west-facing corner unit in a very small complex. The beach out front is never crowded.

This newly renovated ground-level condo looks out to the ocean and is only steps away from the beach; you cannot get closer to the beachfront than this! The condo has a private patio that families have enjoyed as it has a grassy fenced play area in front providing a safe place for small kids to play while keeping an eye on them. This condo has beautiful sunset views from both the living room & the patio. Enjoy bird watching during the day when many brown Pelicans fly by and the Ospreys come to catch large fish and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the private west-facing patio.

This two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo sleeps 6.

Open-concept with a fully appointed chef's kitchen that has many amenities. Essential pots, pans, spices, blender, and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a private ensuite bathroom and smart TV, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with smart TV and two built-in twin-size beds, each with TVs, which the kids love. The sofa is also a very comfortable queen sleeper. We also keep a folded baby playpen for your use in the master closet.

The whole complex has only 24 units, so the pool and beach are never crowded.

Beach chair and umbrella service are complimentary with the unit during the spring and summer, weather permitting, from March 1st-October 31st. Additional chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards & kayaks can be rented from Sunset Beach Rental Services attendant located on the beach.

There are many family activities to choose from, all located very close by. This area is also well known for great restaurants, fishing, Dolphin tours, parasailing, and boat rentals.

Three-night minimum off-season and weekly only Sunday to Sunday, March 1st through October 31st; check-in is 4:00 pm, check out 10:00 am. Monthly snowbird winter rates are available from November 1st through the end of February.

Are you worried about the internet? We have got you covered as our unit has unlimited T-Mobile high-speed internet and expanded cable service rather than streaming services. The main TVs in the living room and bedrooms are also smart wall-mounted TVs. Unless there is a severe storm you will have high-speed internet & TV service as you will not be competing for WiFi use with other guests in the complex. We also provide DVD players in the living room as well as in the bedrooms, and we have some DVDs located in the cabinet along with games for the family. We also have a couple of children’s books located in the cabinet next to the bunk beds.

Yes, we love dogs, we are pet friendly, up to two SMALL well-behaved dogs 2 years and older (sorry no puppies, aggressive breeds, or large dogs) only upon approval with a non-refundable pet deposit. Dogs are not allowed on the beach or condo common areas.
