  • Ce condo de vacances en front de mer est situé à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'Émeraude. La location de condo # 212 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a du carrelage dans toutes les pièces avec tapis Destin's Beach est à quelques pas avec une vue magnifique depuis votre balcon privé. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs.

    Le condo 212 a été bien mis à niveau avec 3 télévisions à écran plat, un nouvel éclairage, des ventilateurs de plafond dans les deux chambres, de nouveaux canapés de salon, un nouvel ensemble de salle à manger et des tabourets de bar, ainsi que de nouveaux volets de plantation dans les deux chambres et bien plus encore! La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière électrique, d'un four et d'un lave-vaisselle. Vous aurez également toute la vaisselle, l’argenterie et les accessoires nécessaires pour préparer votre plat préféré.

    Le salon ouvert comprend un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 55 pouces, des fauteuils confortables et un canapé qui se transforme en un canapé-lit Queen Sofa avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme afin que vos invités supplémentaires puissent dormir à l'aise.

    La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux et d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 31 pouces.

    La chambre principale a un lit King avec un matelas Tempurpedic et un téléviseur HD à écran plat 26 pouces.

The property was probably one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was just as it is listed and having the beach service was an awesome extra that we utilized daily! Destin is our favorite place to visit and we will definitely be back again!

Great family vacation spot

The overall size and feel of the condo was amazing. Perfect size for our family of five. The property was easy to navigate as well and in a secluded neighborhood which was nice. Getting to the beach was an easy walk. Perfect spot for a quite get away.

Great Customer Service

There was an issue with A/C the day we were scheduled to check-in, and the manager called in the morning to let us know. She worked with us to move to another unit with the same requirements and allowed an early check-in. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during our short stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Condo

Clean condo with comfortable beds and sectional. Nice beach decor and plenty of room for our family. We felt at home. Easy access to our car, the pool and the beach. Loved that we got 2 beach chairs and umbrella included daily. Easy check in/out. Everything that we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. In unit washer/dryer was so nice. Great location close to deep sea fishing, the Destin boardwalk and grocery stores. We recommend Boshamps Seafood and Oyster Bar, The Back Porch and Que Pasa Mex(Their Coconut margarita is amazing) It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

The unit was very clean, the mattress was the most comfortable we've experienced (and we plan to buy one for our home!). We requested maintenance 4 times for minor repairs and they were on our doorstep within minutes. We enjoyed weekly linen exchange. In general, we were impressed with the inhouse rental experience. The beach is beautiful with surf fishing and fishing off the Jetty available. Most importantly, we were quickly welcomed into the community. We participated in daily Pickleball, afternoon floating in the pool, and the Snowbird final Pool Party. Owners and long time renters were very welcoming. We've already recommended the Islander to friends that will be coming in April. Well done!

Beautiful unit, great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is nicely furnished and decorated. We loved the location. Pools are warm and very close. Beach is just a short walk (less than 5 mins; our 2 year old toddler was able to do it). Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless; however some of the furniture had visible layer of dust and floors are not being cleaned properly (which is unfortunately a common occurrence in most rental properties). They appear clean but after walking with no shoes on, our socks or bottom of our bare feet were filthy. Also, there were absolutely no cleaning supplies under the sink, so bring your own if you want/need to wipe the table or countertops after eating/cooking. Not saying that as a negative; I was just used to other rentals having at least a bottle of windex or something and a dish soap if you want to wash some pots by hand.Property provided good amount of nice clean white towels plus beach towels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and plan to come back again.
