Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Sapphire Sunset is a 6br/6.5bth home that is tucked away in the pristine nature preserve and wooded walking trails that can only be found in the Lake District of WaterColor. This beautiful two-story, modern home is furnished with contemporary decor, whitewashed wood floors, and a great outdoor space complete with a plunge pool. Natural light fills the living room and spacious seating area that features 12-foot ceilings with stunning glass chandeliers, and openly flows into the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen offers a large, marble island with seating for 4 guests, a Wolf gas range, Subzero refrigerator, a wine cooler, ice machine, and mini refrigerator. The dining room has a beautiful table with custom benches and seating for 8 guests. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a huge walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, and shower. The first floor is complete with a laundry room, half bathroom off the kitchen, and a back foyer with storage to easily access the paver driveway and covered carport.

The second floor of the home features two king sized bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. A spacious bunk room that has two full over full bunk beds, with a large sectional sofa and Tv is the perfect lounge space for the kids. The primary master bedroom boasts beautiful views of WaterColor from the private balcony with a comfortable daybed. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, soaking tub, glass shower, and his and hers closets. The back of the home features a guest suite that offers a king sized bed, spacious living area with sectional sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. The second floor also has a laundry room, beverage cooler, window bench seating, and a full bathroom off of the hallway.

The newly designed outdoor space of Sapphire Sunset can be enjoyed year round with your family. The custom plunge pool (can be heated for $65/day) is the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach or if you prefer a quieter spot when relaxing. Additionally, you will find an outdoor summer kitchen with a covered gas grill, beverage cooler, and plenty of storage and countertop space for mealtime prep. Whether you are in the pool, sitting by the fireplace, or watching the game, there is a spot for everyone when staying at Sapphire Sunset in Watercolor!

- Parking for 3 vehicles
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet Policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- This home has a video/audio capturing doorbell mounted by the door and/or exterior cameras for safety.
- 14 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.

Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

A beautiful home!

This was a lovely property and neighborhood. Spacious. All rooms comfortable, king beds with en suite, plus a bunk room. 20 steep stairs to the second floor where all bedrooms are located except one on the main floor. I do feel for the price we paid that a couple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as some detergent for the dishwasher should have been provided. All in all this property was perfect for our family and we had a great time!

Just short of perfect

I really would give 21 Bluejack 4.5 Stars, not the 4 it allowed. This is an AMAZING house and would love to stay in 21 Bluejack again. We had 14 people stay with 6 kids ranging from 10-18 plus 8 adults. - The house is big and allowed everyone to spread out and feel on top of each other. - Awesome common spaces for our 4 families to gather in. From the huge porch with ample seating, to the large open kitchen, sitting and dining areas gave us a number of places to sit, talk, and play games. - The house is in great condition and incredibly furnished. BRs were spacious, especially the master BRs and the bunk room. Even the secondary BRs with queen beds had plenty of room. Bathrooms were beautiful and functional. - We used and gathered in the kitchen daily. The spacious kitchen and appliances, including wine and beverage cooler and ice maker, were used throughout our stay and an unintended bonus. - We loved the location in the lakeside district. It was good to be away from the usual traffic but the nearby pool plus the golf cart and bikes makes everything accessible. What kept this from being perfect? These weren’t major issues. - The living room TV never worked perfectly. Property mgmt was able to allow us to use Netflix. The cable TVs worked in the BRs were fine, but we weren’t able to watch events as a group such as the NBA playoffs or college World Series which would have been nice in the evenings. - The exterior outlet which the golf cart used was not working. We thought it was an issue with the cart. Again, property mgmt helped identify this early in our stay, but this meant running a cord to an inside outlet. Not the prettiest but it served the purpose. - Lastly, WIFI is very spotty. This may be provider issue as it appears to be a “net” over Watercolor. We loved staying at 21 Bluejack and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! It should be at the top of the list for anyone looking to bring a large group to Watercolor!

Beautiful home in great location

We rented this home with another family and it was very accommodating for our large group with young children. The location was great for camp watercolor and the frog pool. We felt very safe letting the kids ride bikes around. The golf cart was helpful and a nice added bonus that comes with the house. We hope to stay here again.

Watercolor Oasis Your Comments The only bad thing about 21 Bluejack is that we had to leave it after our week rental was up! We have rented many homes across the US and this was by far the one that will be remembered forever! The location to all of the Watercolor amenities was awesome, the correspondence from Dune rentals was above and beyond, and the house was amazing! It was a perfect set up for adults and kids. The golf cart and bikes were such a welcomed addition. We can’t say enough good things about this rental and we hope to be back one day!

Unfortunately, due to my husband becoming seriously ill with covid prior to the trip dates, we, the grandparents and hosts for this trip couldn’t go. However, our adult son, daughter-in-law and 5 children (ages 2-11) raved about this beautiful home and all of its amenities. They had a glorious vacation! We would definitely rent this property again.
