Beautiful condo with amazing views. It is very spacious and the large balcony allowed the whole family to sit and visit. Access to the beach and pools was very close and easy. The condo was extremely clean and Michelle was a great host to work with. Would definitely want to stay here again.

This place is as advertised. Very clean and seems like it is newer than a lot of the properties in the area. The host was very friendly and responsive. The facilities had everything you need for a fun family stay. Huge balcony to enjoy the ocean views and morning coffee. The A/C works great, big laundry room. My only small complaint would be that there are charcoal grills rather than gas grills but that’s just a personal preference. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come to this unit again.

Our experience was amazing. We were traveling from MD and VA and worried about the possibility of a pending storm and the owner was extremely communicative in the days leading up to our trip. She was a truly wonderful host and bent over backwards to help us! The condo was beautiful, modern, and immaculate, and equipped with everything we could need. The bedrooms comfortably slept all eight of us. The building itself is beautiful, secure, quiet, and most importantly right on the beach. We had rough weather so we couldn't go into the Gulf, but the kids loved the pool. We are already planning another trip for next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Walton. The condo was the perfect home base between beach adventures, slow mornings, and a few surprisingly satisfying sessions in the on-site gym. Most of our time was spent soaking up the sun and exploring the area, which was exactly what we hoped for. Michelle was great to communicate with and made everything easy from start to finish!

Beautiful Turquoise Water and White Sand

This is a spacious beachfront condo with great views of the beautiful water. It was so easy to just walk out to the beach and sit in our awaiting chairs under the umbrella. The condo was very clean and the Host was extremely responsive to any inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation

We stay in Fort Walton every summer and this condo was definitely the best one we have ever rented. It was very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The location was great and not far from several restaurants. Michelle was always easy to get in touch with and very helpful in answering any questions we had. We will definitely book here again next year.

Excellent Experience

This property fare exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the gym and 2 pools are very nice, and location to area restaurants, attractions, and beach are fabulous. The condo is everything you need for the perfect vacation. It is truly a home away from home with comfort, accommodation, and amazing views. Our host, Michelle was one of the best hosts we've ever worked with (and we VRBO 1-2 time each year). From the time we made our reservation until check-out, she was there to answer questions, provide local insight, and ensure our stay was everything we expected. You will love this property.

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and most importantly, clean. I always clean rentals before I let my family get comfortable and for the first time I found the rental was clean to my satisfaction. The check in process was easy and all of the codes to access the gym, beach, ect. were accurate…another novel experience.

We had never stayed in the Okaloosa area and needed something big and spacious for our family vacation. This property was perfect. There was plenty of space for sleeping and the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were incredible! Very big and spacious for washing off little ones after beach days. The kitchen was clean and roomy. The balcony was huge and right over the pool so that was nice. We could stay on the balcony and still feel like we were “with the group” when they were swimming. The walk to the beach was minimal. There is no lobby/front desk that I’m aware of. We got the code from the owner and went from the parking lot, straight to the room. The fitness area was nice. Our beach chairs were purchased through La Dolce Vita and I wasn’t too happy with their service. They only had a few LDV setups and they set them up really far from the water. There were a ton of people that set up their own chairs/tents/umbrellas in front of us so that was unfortunate (but totally not the owners fault) If I had to do it over again I would probably bring my own chairs/umbrella and set up close to where I could see my kiddos playing better. The condo itself is not huge. I think only 6 floors so it’s not super crowded and the street it’s on was mostly quiet. It’s within walking distance to a couple restaurants/food trucks/ice cream/mini golf. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
