Ce condominium de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains situé à Surfside Resort offre l'un des emplacements les plus remarquables de la région avec d'excellents équipements sur place et une vue sur le golfe du Mexique.

Cette unité au 2ème étage est pleine de mises à niveau et peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain complète attenante qui dispose d'une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec une table de petit déjeuner pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Des sièges supplémentaires sont disponibles à la table de la salle à manger. Cette belle unité a des fenêtres du sol au plafond offrant un concept de plan d'étage ouvert avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe, la baie et le coucher du soleil.

Le coin salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. Le condo a un plan d'étage unique avec vue partielle sur le golfe du Mexique. Le grand balcon vous offre une vue sur la plage ainsi qu'une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil.

La 1ère chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles avec une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète. La 2ème chambre a 2 lits queen, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, et sa propre mini-cuisine. Au total, cette unité dispose de 3 téléviseurs et lecteurs DVD, avec câble et Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, vous offrant tout le confort de la maison. Cette unité est sûre d'être votre maison loin de chez vous sur l'une des plus belles plages immaculées du monde!

De plus, le Surfside Resort propose ses propres repas sur place au restaurant Royal Palm Grille, proposant une grande sélection de plats de viande et de fruits de mer, des sandwichs, des salades, un bar à sushis et un menu pour enfants. Toutes les sélections de repas peuvent être consommées dans la salle à manger donnant sur la plage, le bar des sports, ou même livrées dans votre chambre. Les repas sont merveilleux et de taille généreuse alors apportez votre appétit!

L'accès à la plage est limité aux clients du Surfside Resort. Il y a une incroyable piscine avec piscine chauffée, 2 spas jacuzzi, une piscine pour enfants, une grande piscine, des saunas et des bains publics. Il y a un bar tiki au bord de la piscine et un service de restauration au bord de la plage qui est disponible pour tous les clients.

Surfside Resort est fier du pont sportif extérieur qui comprend 2 courts de tennis, un terrain de basket, un terrain de volley-ball et un jeu de palets. L'équipement peut être retiré à la réception sur place. Le centre de remise en forme a été récemment rénové et est disponible gratuitement. Internet sans fil gratuit et illimité est également disponible. Un parking est disponible au Surfside Resort, une sécurité 24h / 24 et des couloirs intérieurs gardent la famille en sécurité et à l'abri des intempéries.

Destin abrite plusieurs des meilleurs parcours de golf de championnat de Floride, tels que Sandestin, Regatta Bay et Seascape Golf Course, qui est situé directement derrière le complexe. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK! I understand that if you book this unit, brand new isn’t a huge deal. HOWEVER, if you prefer buying pots and pans, having a fridge that has broken handles and no shelves on the doors bc they too are broken, you prefer pillows that you can trifold because they are so thin, a king/master bed that legit shows the indentations of bodies because it’s so old, light switches that don’t work unless you find another one that has to be switched on in order for the first one to work, dirty silverware in the drawer, the few pans you have the Teflon is peeling off and so old it’s literally the OG Betty Crocker from 1970, a microwave that turns itself on, a dirty and stained mattress on the fold out couch which is questionable blood or who knows what, bed linens that one should be terrified to lay on bc they look dirty then YES stay here! Jackhammering nonstop every day from 8:30-4! Never informed of this prior! Could not work or stay inside. To top it off, we spent the first day not being able to access the gym, pool, basketball courts or the beach bc the rental company and HOA didn’t have any info of my reservations. Even though I had all of the confirmation numbers as well as the code to get in the unit, but everyone refused to give me the codes to access the amenities. Kept getting the run around. Told management would call me after several attempts and never did! No one was willing to help. Long story short.. DONT BOOK HERE! Trying to add more photos.

Horrible condo

I should’ve read all the reviews before booking this room. I stay at Surfside every year. This is by far the worst room. Maintenance Was there the second day to caulk the shower as it leaked through the walls into the foyer. And to fix a “rocking”toilet and vent on top of the toilet dripped. The owners obviously do not want to put money into fixing this condo. As in previous reviews the master bathroom is horrible. That was the only bathtub. It couldn’t be used for two reasons. There was no plug a way to keep the water in and it was just nasty. The beds and one room were unacceptably uncomfortable. The beds in another room had grossly stained mattresses and pillows. I will continue to stay at Surfside but never rent this room again.

Perfect vacation rental

Rental property was just as described. There was PLENTY of room for our family of 9. The rooms were clean and so was the property grounds. The beach is right across the street. You can see the beach from the balcany. It was perfect for us!!

My sisters and our families and our dad all had our own condos in Surfside. It was great! Our condo was great. All of us were happy with our places. The reviews said it was dated, we thought it was fine! Check in and out were very easy. It was a great vacation

Not as up to date as listed.

This condo was not updated like we were told. The communication was good for about a day when we arrived but then slacked off. We were also informed that they would get us permanent wrist bands for the resort since they had to leave us temporary ones because the property manager wasn’t available to leave the permanent ones at the time of check in. We reached out to them about a broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms that never got fixed the whole week we were there. The AC in the a joining room was not working and they didn’t send anyone to fix it we had to use box fans to cool it off and leave the door open to pull air from the main room. The resort itself was not very clean. We walked by the same chips on the stair floor for several days. We got home and had to treat everyone for lice. Reached out to the owner of the condo to request a partial refund for our group due to all this and got no reply. There was also hardly anyone at the front desk if the resort as well. I called the restaurant at the resort one night to ask what the lates time they took orders and as soon as I asked the question the person gets quite and hangs up on me, so rude! So we are very disappointed with the this condo and the customer service we have received and we will not be using this resort again!!!!

Good location but definitely needs work

The property is nice and in a good area. The elevators are always full & takes forever before you’re able to get in one. They give you 10 mins to park your vehicle near the door to unload your stuff but it takes longer than 10 mins for the elevator to be available & to get the cart to your room & unload. Theres rules about tents on the beach that we weren’t aware of so we were asked to move to a certain area with the tent. We did that & was told we couldn’t be there so we had to move again. Then we tried to rent umbrellas and was eventually told we had to move somewhere else if we wanted the umbrellas so we got our money back & had to do without. The condo had dust on the walls & ceilings, there were holes in the master bedroom wall & a hole above the shower. The door handle was coming off in the master bedroom. The light fixture above the dining room didn’t have a cover on the ceiling to hide all the wires. We were under the assumption the condo had 3 bedrooms but it was really 2 separate condos with an adjoining door. Not what we were wanting. We wanted to all share 1 condo to all be together. We made it work but just not what the description made it out to be. For the amount of money being spent on these condos, you would think they’d fix up the condo. The check in process took forever because everyone is there for 4 to check in with only 1 person working the front desk.

Very disappointed

The condo was in very poor shape! The master bedroom bathroom was terrible. It had a huge hole in the ceiling of the shower afraid it was going to fall in. The second bathroom the light in shower wouldn’t work and toilet wouldn’t flush. Under kitchen sink poured water into a bucket that was put under there to catch water every time you turned the water on. Several lightbulbs were out. The pillows on the sofa were dirty looking. Try to contact manager no response! Do not stay here!

We had a room reserved since January and when we walked into our room it was dirty, and not long after that, another family walked in because the company double-booked the room; however, they were kind enough to give us another place that was at the Seacrest Village. The Seacrest Village was very nice and the people were friendly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay 10 out of 10 would recommend Seacrest Village

This unit is absolutely terrible. Do not stay. The A/C was BROKEN. Contacted owner and was told that a work order would be submitted. No one ever came to check a/c. Fridge was also broken. Toilet was clogged. Run far away. Do not stay here.

We liked the layout in that the 3rd bedroom was a studio unit joined to the main condo. Grandparents took the studio and the young family the rest. Access to the beach was via crosswalk across the street or sky walk from pool area. Kids loved the pool. Which was nice and well cared for. Overall the condo didn't seen to be cared for. Vertical slats that fell off the blinds were left on the floor or stuffed in closets. Closets contained miscellaneous junk. Doors to the patio needed WD 40 because doors and locks were impossible or hard to open. Because of covid and having small children we made all of our meals in. We are accustomed to missing measuring cups spoons etc. However the refrigerator was almost unusable. There was no storage in the door because all of the parts to the door were missing. Actually one broken shelf bracket was in cabinet under the sink. One functional shelf in main part of refrigerator fell to bottom. The remaining shelf was broken, There was an attempt to hold together with duct tape. That did not work. This unit seemed to be owned by committee or a business with no one in charge of looking after it. Management was remote and not available to answer any questions. Our first reservation was cancelled due to damage by recent storm so we were glad to find something. We would not go back.

30212 Seaside Was Awful

In all of my years of staying in condos on vacation this was by far the most disappointing. The condo was not ready at check in. It was dirty. There were dirty dishes left in the sink. The refrigerator was literally falling apart and duct taped together. It was dirty and the duct tape had hair on it. The floors were not clean. The dishes in cabinets were not clean. Many of the lamps were missing light bulbs. Calls to management did not result in anything being resolved. Half way through the vacation, the microwave went out. No one came to fix it. We were cooking in the condo due to Covid-19/Corona. We had to resort to the one in the studio apartment. It did not work as good as the one over the stove. The stove looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. Overall, the condo was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. As to the beach access, we were mislead to believe that we would receive chairs at the beach only to be met by hostile works who said that they did not care what someone else said we were not getting a chair. We had to set up on the edge of another private beach and just hope that we did not get in trouble for doing it.
