Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire Unit A of this duplex, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and in-unit laundry.



* Private Entrance: Access is through the east-side door equipped with a smart lock for self check-in.

* Parking: Guests may use the shared parking lot located on the west side of the building.

* Outdoor Areas: Guests can enjoy the patio area associated with the unit.



Please note:

* There is no garage access.

* A supply closet in the second bedroom is locked and not accessible to guests.

* Parking is shared with neighboring duplex units.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area of Fort Smith, this home offers a relaxed, local feel while still being close to the city’s main attractions. Fort Smith is known for its unique blend of Old West history and modern charm, often described as where “the new south meets the old west.”



The neighborhood is primarily made up of homes, making it a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring. You’ll still be just a short drive from downtown, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

- Make sure you protect yourself with bug spray or sunscreen . Be mindful of wildlife; many deer families wander around our property. Do not feed or approach wild animals for your safety.
